Reservations
Appointments recommended: we do not take walk-ins. Credit card required to book. On line bookings require a deposit. 12-hour cancellation policy applies.
Check-in
Please arrive 5 minutes early. All clients must complete a profile. No children, extra guests or pet allowed.
Late Arrivals
Arriving late may shorten your treatment. Full payment is required.
Cancellations/No-Shows
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. A $25 fee applies for late cancellations or no-shows (including members/packages)
Gift Certificates & Promotions
Mention gift cards or vouchers at booking. Most promotions can’t be combined and are one-time use. If value doesn’t fully cover the service, the difference must be paid.
Returns
All services and gift certificates are non-refundable. Unopened products may be exchanged within 14 days for store credit only.
Series
Cannot be shared. Used services charged at full price if canceled. Remaining value becomes store credit.

15-20% cash gratuity is appreciated, based on your satisfaction
